PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of limited capacity of a storage part according to conditions of a vehicle by calculating power generation amount to be generated at a power generating part from a charging value and a control target value in the charging condition, and outputting the power generation amount to the power generation part as a power generating command. SOLUTION: A drive part 1 including a motor M for driving a vehicle, a generator G and a power generating part 2 for driving an engine E/G of generating electric energy are disposed. Electric energy is stored from the power generating part 2, and a charging condition of a charging part 3 for supplying it to a motor M is detected by a charging condition detection part 4 and is compared with a control target value to output a power generating command to the power generating part 2. If the supply of electric energy to the motor M from the generator G is not sufficient, the electric energy is compensated for from a storage part 3. If there occurs excess electric energy consumed by the motor M, the excess energy can be stored in the storage part 3. |
