PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signboard, which is able to stand against strong wind, excellent in character/symbol recognizability, and can be manufactured with ease. SOLUTION: A signboard is provided with an aluminum base plate 11, sign characters/symbols 15, and a mounting part 14, on which these characters and the like 15 are drawn. The outline of the mounting part 14 is larger than those of the characters 15 and the like while color contrast is provided between the characters 15 and the mounting part 14. In the base plate 11, a plurality of through holes 11a are bored in the circumference part of the mounting part 14. In parts D1, D2, the mounting part 14 is colored with a color brighter than that for the part in which the through holes 11a are formed in the base plate 11. In the part D1, the mounting part 14 is made of a magnet sheet 13 separate from the base plate 11. In the part D2, the mounting part 14 is made of a color steel plate 12 or a magnet sheet 13. The magnet sheet 13 can be freely attached/ detached to/from the color steel plate 12 stuck to the base plate 11 by means of magnetic force. |
