PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the device which facilitates operation for transmission to plural recipients and facilitates inputting various functions by recognizing process contents and commands, when the commands are handwritten to an original and storing the commands in a storage means. SOLUTION: An operator enters command registration, a member, etc., into a form for preparing the original. When this original is inserted into a information communication terminal device, a control means 9 makes a read means 23 to area in one line (command registration) of the original. Here, when recipient's names stored in, for example, a storage means 12a and commands (member) based upon the recipient's names are handwritten to the original, the control means 9 recognizes the recipient's names and their commands and stores the commands in the storage means 12a. Thus, the commands (member) are added to a table of registration process contents in the storage means 12a.
