PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical path-selecting means of a simple structure in an immunoreaction-measuring apparatus using an SPR sensor part that can measure many items in real time with a small quantity of specimen. SOLUTION: An optical path-selecting means 71 comprises a splitter 72 positioned on an optical path of a white light 7 running from a light source 9 to an SPR sensor part, a predetermined shutter 73a positioned at the downstream side of the splitter 72, and a shutter 73b and a mirror 77 positioned in the vicinity of the splitter 72 sequentially in a direction orthogonal to the optical path of the white light 7. An incidence end of a spectroscope optical fiber 79 connected to a spectroscope 13 is connected on a line connecting the splitter 72 and mirror 77 of the optical path-selecting means 71.
