PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely receive transmission data at a high speed independently of an environmental condition. SOLUTION: The receiver 3 reads transmission data sent from a data transmitter 2 synchronously with a data read clock with a period equal to a transmission period of a unit bit in the transmission data. The system is provided with a clock generating section 35 that generates pluralities of clocks whose phases differ synchronously with the transmission period, a data read section 31 that reads the test data by using any of pluralities of clocks decided according to a prescribed condition, pattern data read sections 31, 39 that read data of a prescribed pattern synchronously with pluralities of the clock respectively and a data read clock decision section 34 that decides any of pluralities of the clocks as a new data read clock according to a predetermined rule based on pluralities of read data read by the pattern data read sections. |
