PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability and working efficiency by providing a means for batch converting temporary ruled lines in a designated range to ruled lines concerning a document where the temporary ruled lines are drawn in a text form. SOLUTION: This system is provided with the means for batch converting the temporary ruled lines in the designated range to the ruled lines concerning a document where the temporary ruled lines are drawn in the text form. At this device, information on the temporary ruled lines within a range designated in the document is inputted from an input device 205. A retrieving means 202 detects the position of the ruled lines and houses its position data in a coordinate table 207 in a storing device 205. A calculation means 203 calculates the position of drawing a real ruled line based on data in the table 207 and additionally houses a calculating result in the table 207. An arranging means 204 arranges the real ruled line from the final line data in the table 207. At this time, data in the converting table 208 of the device 205 is referred to be replaced to the real ruled line. An output device 206 outputs the real ruled line to a screen, etc. |
