PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide am image forming device which reduces the labor in the case of attaching a branching-claw unit or the labor at the time of processing the recovery of an according jam or the like caused in a transfer- member ejection carrying path, further, is safe in attaching of the branching- claw unit and is low in cost. SOLUTION: A device consists of an image carrier 1 for carrying a formed toner-image to it, a transfer means 2 for transferring the toner image, formed on the image carrier 1 to a transfer member (P), a fixing means 3 for fixing the toner image transferred by the transfer means 2 to the transfer member (P), a transfer-member ejection carrying path 4 for carrying the transfer member (P), where the toner image is fixed by the fixing means 3 to eject it, a transfer- member ejection guide cover 5 for covering the transfer-member ejection carrying path 4 and a transfer unit 6 which is provided with the transfer-member ejection guide cover 5 at its opening/closing end side and mounts the transfer means 2 and turns around a box 0 and can be consequently opened/closed. |
