The invention concerns a matrix liquid crystal display consisting of an assembly of cells arranged in lines and columns, each cell (1) forming a picture element or pixel and electrically connected to a cross grating of data lines (3) arranged along one first direction and selection lines (4) arranged along a second direction, each data line (3) having, at the level of each cell, a projecting portion (5) arranged along the second direction and positioned between the pixels of two consecutive lines. The invention is applicable to liquid crystal flat displays. |
