The coupling comprises a first hollow housing (2) fixed to a fluid line (1) and a second hollow housing (3), attached to the first housing, able to rotate relative to it and having a connector (8) for the syringe (10). Each hollow housing has an aperture (22, 23) which aligns with the other in a given angular position and is offset in another position when rotated within limits defined by stops (19, 20). The two housings are assembled by means of clip-together skirts (13, 14) which fit one inside the other.
