The device includes a base (1) secured into the ground or into a wall and has an arrangement for securing one of the vehicle's wheels. It also has a locking cylinder (6) which can be removed and is interchangeable. This is used to lock the device and retains one wheel of the vehicle. The locking cylinder can be carried by the user and used in another antitheft device.
