The invention relates to a drinking fluid, comprising water freed of inorganic and organic minerals and preferably degased. In this drinking water at least one organic mineral and at least three different vitamins are dissolved. A s an organic mineral it contains zinc in an amount between 5 mg/l and 25 mg/l, preferably 5 mg/l to 15 mg/l and as vitamins at least vitamin C in an amount from 20 .mu.g/l to 5 g/l, preferably 30 .mu.g/l to 5 g/l, vitamin E in an amount from 0.8 .mu.g/l to 27 .mu.g/l, preferably 0.87 .mu.g/l to 25 .mu.g/l and vitamin B1 in an amount from 0.6 mg/l to 1.7 g/l, preferably 0.7 mg/l to 1.5 g/l. |
