PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust the inclination of a correction lens with simple structure. SOLUTION: Two eccentric pins 47, two long grooves 43a, a reference pin 52 and a slot 41f are arranged on the same plane, and the eccentric pins 47 and the long grooves 43a are provided at positions respectively separated from the reference pin 52 and the slot 41f by 120 deg.. The reference pin 52 of a movable frame 43 is inserted in the slot 41 of a fixed frame 41, and the eccentric pins 47 of the fixed frame 41 are inserted in the long grooves 43a of the movable frame 43. The eccentric pin LET has a concentric shaft part 47b fit in the attaching hole 41c of the fixed frame 41 and an eccentric globe part 47c inserted in the long grooves 43a of the movable frame 43. The reference pin 52 does not move the movable frame 43 in an optical axis direction but guides it only in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis, so that the movable frame 43 is moved in all the directions on a plane in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis with respect to the fixed frame 41. By rotating the eccentric pin 47, the eccentric globe part 47c is moved in the optical axis direction so as to incline the movable frame 43. |
