PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the request of performance to a hard device reducing the number of times of operation related to audio terminal detection/determination by comparing audio data to each other within a fixed time and preferentially controlling an audio information communication terminal with a lot of audio data when the reception of simultaneously audio data from the audio information communication terminals has been detected. SOLUTION: The detected results of voice detecting circuits 16A-16N are stored in short-time detected result storage shift registers 111A-111N, cumulatively added for every system clock and stored in transient state recording registers during an existing system clock time 112A-112N. Then, when there are bits '1' of more than two in state bit patterns stored in a discrimination register 110, the cumulative added values stored in the registers 112A-112N corresponding to them are compared, any one of registers 112A-112N having a maximum value is selected, an audio information communication terminal corresponding to the register is determined as an effective audio terminal by a speaker terminal determining circuit 113 and speaker information is generated by an audio terminal selection circuit 114. |
