The invention concerns a method for producing a shock-absorbing surfaces, essentially characterised in that it consists in producing a first layer (1) of a first visco-elastic material, in producing a first set of grooves (2) on one surface (3) of said first layer (1), in producing a second layer (4) of a second visco-elastic material, in producing a second set of grooves (5) on one surface (6) of said second layer (4), in superposing first (1) and second (4) layer such that the first set of grooves (2) is in contact with the second layer (4) surface (7) not comprising grooves, and in joining the first (1) and second (4) layers such that they have between them at least the possibility of slipping slightly one on the other. The invention is particularly useful for insulating floating floors, foundation of buildings or the like against vibrations caused in particular by railway lines, machine-tools and the like. |
