Accelerator position supervision device

The device monitors the position of an accelerator (1), whose one end is equipped with a foot plate (3) which is held through a retention spring (9) in direction of a starting position. The foot plate is connected flexibly with a holder (5), whose other end is connected flexibly with the accelerator. The foot plate is equipped with an electric switching contact (14) which is closed at activation of the foot plate and is opened otherwise.
