Reinforcement connection for concrete construction with connecting members of steel

The reinforcing bars forming connecting members are manufactured from cold-rolled steel and have recesses (13) rolled into their surface in several longitudinal rows over the circumference of the bar. Connecting members (8) are formed with an end (8'') bent over and passed into a box-like retaining member (2). Preferably, the boundary line of each recess is formed by arcs with different radii which are axially symmetrical and sides of the recess slope. The recesses are formed by a reduction of cross section of 2-7%.
