In order to reduce the size of ignition condensers and the energy that is not used during ignition, the charging voltage of the ignition condenser is set to U0 = 2*R*1, wherein R designates the internal resistance of the igniter (6) and I stands for the igniting current. The capacitance value C0 of the ignition condenser (3) is set to C0 = T/R, wherein T designates the flow duration of the igniting current.
