Transport safety mechanism for assembled and justified motor kit brushless DC motor, e.g for washing machines

The rotor (3) and the stator (5) can be justified to each other in an assembly device and can be joined together to a motor kit (2). During the transport they can be locked immovably by safety elements. These can be removed again after the final assembly of the motor kit into the locking position and after the fastening of the screw connections of the rotor with the drive shaft (11) as well as of the stator with the driving collar (17) of the machine. The motor has a stator whose lamination packet is designed as annular and is fastened with screws to a fixed driving collar of the machine having a bearing for the drive shaft.
