Effluent treatment system with regulated media additions

The fluid stream and pump (7) form a bypass to the riser pipe (1). Primary side pressure equalizing is performed by the diffuser tube of the pump reaching into the media flow pipe (2) at the mixing point (3) to the mix pipe (8). The mixing point (3) can be forcibly ventilated for post-oxidation. The mix tube is connected downstream to the mix point is of the next-greater section so as to homogenize the introduced media (2). The three-way valve (9) acts as metering valve in the pump (7) intake. The homogenized fluid issuing from the mix pipe (8) comprehensively balances out the difference between metered amount of regulated medium by means of the three-way valve. The fluid levels of the media for the pump intake share a common geodetic level.
