The present invention relates to a cathodic module comprising a field emitter and a secondary electronic emitter as well as to a vacuum electronic apparatus which comprises such a module and has its anode coated with a luminophore. This invention more precisely relates to a flat device for displaying information. The cathodic module is provided with a magnetic circuit for generating a magnetic field whose induction vector is perpendicular to the flow of electrons generated by the field emitter. The secondary electronic emitter is located at a given distance from the working surface of the field emitter, wherein said distance does not exceed the deviation value of the electrons under the action of the magnetic field. In order to obtain an optimal electron deviation, the magnetic circuit may be arranged according to different configurations relative to the field emitter.
