<p>The assembly consists of container (2), neck (12) and cap (17) with applicator (22) connected by stem (20) and immersed in the product when the cap is in place on the neck. The neck is offset relative to its vertical axis and mounted on a cover ring (10) which can be rotated about the container axis. The cover ring has a scraper (25) to remove surplus product during removal of applicator, which can be a spatula, brush or block of foam or felt.</p> |
