A decorative sheet having an external appearance, feeling and touch which are very similar to those of a grain pattern of natural wood, and also excellent material characteristics (abrasion resistance and heat resistance), characterized in that the decorative sheet comprises a base sheet, and a grain-printed layer formed on the base sheet and having an artificial grain pattern, vessel portions of the artificial grain pattern on the grain-printed layer being provided thereon with swollen printed parts which are formed at least partially so as to be substantially in synchronism with the pattern of the vessels.
