PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method capable of effectively recovering an excessive carbon dioxide which has been conventionally abandoned and an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: This recovering method comprises recovering and liquefying a carbon dioxide gas generated in a fermenter 1 by a carbon dioxide gas recovering apparatus. An excessive carbon dioxide gas which can not be recovered by the carbon dioxide gas recovering apparatus is stored in a gas holder 9 once. In a carbon dioxide gas supply suspension period from the fermenter 1, the carbon dioxide gas stored in the gas holder 9 is supplied to the carbon dioxide gas recovering apparatus and liquefied. |
