PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable discharge of liquid in an appropriate quantity only by turning a container upside down with a sort of flow-rate control valve composed of tonguelike valve plates and a ball valve provided. SOLUTION: A container body A wherein a mouth-and-neck part 2 is erected at the upper end of a trunk part 1 thereof and a first fitting tube 3 is erected at the upper end face of the mouth-and-neck part, an applying member B wherein the inside of a second fitting tube 4 is fitted to the outside of the first fitting tube 3, an inwardly facing flange 5 is provided projecting from the upper end of the second fitting tube 4, an outflow tube 6 is made to penetrate through the flange hole of the inwardly facing flange 5, an engaging projected stripe 7 is provided around the inside at the lower part of the outflow tube 6, the upside of the outflow tube 6 is closed with a thin top wall 8 and tonguelike valve plates 10 are formed with cross-shaped severing lines 9 incisedly provided at the center of the top wall, and a ball plug C mounted on the upside of the engaging projected stripe 7 are provided. |
