PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an outflow cylinder from colliding with a head and also to hold a seal of the outflow cylinder by a cap by supporting the outflow cylinder by a stretchable bellows cylinder, thus allowing liquid to flow out while a tip of the flow-out cylinder is in contact with the head. SOLUTION: A first inward flange 5 is made to protrude from an upper end of a fitting cylinder 3 fitted into a neck 2, a holding member B with a guide cylinder 6 standing from an inner rim of a flange hole of the first inward flange 5 is made to protrude, and a second inward flange 9 is made to protrude from an upper end of a peripheral wall 8 fitted onto an external face of the neck 2. A bellows cylinder 10 shaped as a truncated cone is made to protrude upward from an upper face of the second inward flange 9, and an outflow cylinder with an upper end face of the cylinder formed to be spherical is passed through an opening at an upper end of the bellows cylinder. In addition, an applicator member C with a lower external face of the outflow cylinder fitted vertically movably into an internal face of the guide cylinder 6 and a coil spring D with an upper end of the coil in contact with an opening rim at the upper end of the bellows cylinder 10 for energizing the outflow cylinder 11 upward are provided. |
