PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door latch mechanism for a precision substrate container that can uniformly seal a case without anxiety about the generation of particles contaminating precision substrates while being able to expect thinning of door parts. SOLUTION: Door latch mechanism for a precision substrate container is provided with a cover case 1, a door 5 and latch mechanism 14. A rim part 2 of the cover case 1 is provided with a plurality of locking recessed parts 4, and the peripheral surface of the door 5 is provided with a plurality of windows 9. The latch mechanism 14 is composed of a rotating plate 15 that can be operated from the outside, a plurality of latch plates 16 connected to the rotating plate 15 through connecting bars 18 so as to fit locking claws 19 into the locking recessed parts 4 at the time of locking rotation of the rotating plate 15 and to release the locking claws 19 at the time of unlocking rotation of the rotating plate 15, and links 17 piercing the respective latch plates 16. An oscillating inductive protrusion 22 is provided at the back face of each latch plate 16. A bent part of each link 17 is journalled to the surface side of the door 5 and both free end parts of the link 17 can be brought into contact with the back face of a sliding plate through rollers 23, 23A. The oscillating inductive protrusion 22 and the roller 23A can also be brought into contact with each other. |
