PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture a buffering sheet wherein projected protrusion forming many independent air chambers are provided, by using an embossing cylinder wherein many dents are provided on an outer peripheral surface forming a projected part of a thermoplastic resin film by a sucking action, and a plurality of dents on the outer peripheral surface are hermetically sealed. SOLUTION: An embossing cylinder is a molten state film 5 having a part wherein many embosses 4 are formed by sucking a thermoplastic resin film molten by heating before forming the embosses at a specific vacuum degree with a vacuum pump, and a part 2 wherein the emboss is not formed by burying one or more dents on an outer peripheral surface with a burying member. A projected closed cell 3 is formed on the embossing cylinder by thermal fusion pressure welding a plane-like base film 6 molten by heating onto the film 5 with a pressure welding roll. Then, the product is cooled being pressure welded onto the embossing cylinder with a cooling roll, and an impact sheet 1 having a projected closed cell 3 and the plane part 8 is formed. |
