<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digitally controlled magnetic bearing device with which a computer connected to a controller can substantially completely monitor the conditions of a machine body and the controller. SOLUTION: A digitally controlled magnetic bearing device is composed of a machine body 1 having a magnetic bearing 5 for magnetically and contactlessly supporting a rotary body, and a controller 2 for controlling the magnetic bearing 5 which is composed of a DSP(digital signal processor) 10 for controlling the magnetic bearing 5 and a plurality of display units 13, 14, 15, 16 for carrying out indication in accordance with a display output signal from the DSP 10. A personnel computer 3 connected to the DSP 10 reads the content of the display output signal from the DSP 10 and displays the same on a display 18.</p> |
