PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoclonal antibody having a spleen interstitial cell strain as a sensitizing antigen and inducing apoptosis to a marrow cell. SOLUTION: This monoclonal antibody is an antibody specifically recognizes human integrin associated protein and an antigen to cause apoptosis to a nucleated blood cell. Accordingly, it is useful for the recognition and identification of human integrin associated protein as an antigen capable of specifically recognizing the protein and usable e.g. as a useful treating agent in the field of the treatment, etc., of myelogenous leukemia and lymphatic leukemia taking advantage of the activity to induce apoptosis to a nucleated blood cell.
