<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the skew of paper sheets by providing multiple sets of ribs on the surface of a guide plate, setting the most inside ribs lowest in height, setting the outside ribs higher in height in sequence, and suppressing the floating of the side sections of the paper sheets. SOLUTION: Three sets of ribs 24a, 24b and 25a, 25b and 26a, 26b protruded upward from the surface of a guide plate 21 and extended in parallel with the conveying direction of paper sheets are provided at positions corresponding to the widths A, B, C of three kinds of most used paper sheets on the guide plate 21 of a paper conveyance path. The height of the ribs 24a, 24b from the surface of the guide plate 21 isΔh1, the height of the ribs 25a, 25b is made higher than that of the ribs 24a, 24b byΔh2, and the height of the ribs 26a, 26b is made higher than that of the ribs 25a, 25b byΔh3. The side sections of the paper sheets having the widths A, B, C are regulated by the ribs 24a, 24b and 25a, 25b and 26a, 26b respectively, and they are conveyed without being skewed.</p> |
