PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring duct device, which allows easy wiring and gives neat looking by simple open/close operation. SOLUTION: Wiring space S is easily opened and shut by turning wiring support 14 around body 12 so that the wiring space S can be used for wiring easily. Convex joint 19 and concave joint 18 of rubbing surface 11 a joint at least below bearing 11 through elastic joint 15 in order to control the turning of the wiring support 14. Therefore, the wiring support 14 can be supported at a requested point. Just turning the wiring support 14 can open the wiring space S.
