<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic pump capable of generating various delivery pressures by setting an outside diameter of a projecting part of a valve seat and an inside diameter of a fitting hole part of a plunger according to delivery pressure in the electromagnetic pump to suck in liquid in a storage tank while delivering the liquid in a cylinder at forward movement time of the plunger. SOLUTION: When an electric current is carried to a coil 52 of an electromagnet device 50, a plunger 20 is pulled up against a first coil spring 11 by a magnetic flux. At this time, liquid between the plunger 20 and a delivery side check valve 30 in a cylinder 10 is pressurized, and is delivered by push-opening the delivery side check valve 30. While, the liquid is sucked inside the cylinder by negative pressure since pressure between the plunger 20 and a suction pipe 15 in the cylinder 10 reduces. In this case, for example, when delivery pressure of four times is obtained in the case of setting the delivery pressure, an outside diameter 34a of a projecting part 34 of a valve seat 31 and an inside diameter of a fitting hole part 20a of the plunger 20 are set to 1/2 of a cylinder inside diameter.
