<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a forgery-alteration preventive remedy on a masked image part itself, make a restriction of the masked image part by human hand difficult, and improve the forgery-alteration preventive effect by providing an uneven part on the outer peripheral edge of the masked image part. SOLUTION: In a specified region of a printing base material 10 comprising paper, a resin sheet or the like, a lottery pattern 18 of characters, numbers or the like to indicate a win, a blank or the like, is provided, and a transparent resin layer 16 is provided in a manner to over the lottery pattern 18, and a lottery part area 17 is formed. A masked image part 15 with a rubber-based ink having a scratching property for which a metal powder such as aluminum is kneaded, is provided in a manner to cover the lottery part area 17. At a proper region of the outer peripheral edge of the masked image part 15, one or more fine unevennesses 11 or a fine through hole of an optional shape are provided. When the masked image part 15 is unjustly peeled once, the fine unevenness or the shape of the through hole of the concealing layer are hard to form by a manual work, and the reproduction becomes difficult, and a tampered lottery ticket can be prevented from being generated.</p> |
