PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recline the back of a chair as necessary. SOLUTION: In a baby carriage that can be folded after releasing a latch, a back section 422 of a chair, according with a seat section 426, is selectively reclinable between an upright seating position and at least partially reclined position.
