PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record and refer care processes for inpatients not only for text information but also for picture information as body maps. SOLUTION: Vital sign data D1 including the body temperatures of inpatients and simple care memo data D3 out of data recorded for care processes by nurses when viewing inpatients, including thermometries, are input and shown on a display and stored in a portable data terminal (PDA) 1 and body map data D11 templated in a bit map form by simulating plural parts of the inpatients (human bodies) previously registered in the PDA are shown on the display about body maps which are observation results of the status of the lesion of the inpatients by using a body map display means 5 to input images with pen operation. These data can be sent/received between the PDA and a personal computer 3 via a data sending/receiving optical station 2 with optical communication and also printed out by a printer 4. |
