PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive recording medium with high transparency in the unrecorded part and outstanding antisticking properties. SOLUTION: In the thermosensitive recording medium comprising a thermosensitive recording layer containing an electron donor compound and an electron receiving compound, an intermediate layer composed mainly of an adhesive and a top layer composed mainly of pigment and an adhesive, laminated sequentially on a transparent support, the top layer contains the amount of a solid coating of 0.1-1.0 g/m<2> and 55-90 wt.% of pigment for the total amount of the solid in the top layer. In addition, the haze value of the thermosensitive recording medium is 45% or less. |
