PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric ceramic composition having >=15,000 relative dielectric constant, high insulation properties, temperature characteristics of the relative dielectric constant satisfying E-characteristic in the JIS standard, and high reliability even in a case in which the dielectric ceramic composition is formed into a thin layer with about 3-10 μm thickness. SOLUTION: This dielectric ceramic composition containing Pb, Mg, Zn, Nb, Cu and W as metal elements, having a main crystal phase of perovskite type complex oxide and including a pyrochlore crystal phase is obtained by adding 0.5-5 wt.% Pb(Cu1/2 W1/2 )O3 to 100 pts.wt. main component satisfying the formulas 0.6<=Mg/(Mg+Zn)<=0.8 and 0.975<=Pb/(Mg+Zn+Nb)<=0.995 in the molar ratios of Mg to (Mg+Zn) and Pb to (Mg+Zn+Nb). |
