PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ginger decoction, capable of further improving effect of conventional ginger decoction. SOLUTION: This method for producing ginger decoction comprises mixing 7.02 wt.% of ginger extract obtained by washing ginger, mixing ginger with water by a machine of a mixer, etc., to afford a paste-like material, converting the paste-like material to extract by a compressor and subjecting the extract to sterilizing treatment with 77.66 wt.% sugar and 17.32 wt.% starch under stirring, casting the mixture into a stainless tray so as to have uniform thickness, pulverizing the dried raw material, forming the powder size into about 20 mesh size by a grain-regulating machine, drying the raw material and adding 32 wt. % anhydrous glucose, 5.25 wt.% raw sugar, 2.96 wt.% arrowroot starch and 2.49 wt.% powder obtained by coating epigallocatechin gallate extracted to 95% concentrate with cyclodextrin to 57.3 wt.% of the resultant dried raw material and mixing these components under stirring. |
