POLYPROPYLENE RESIN IN-MOLD FOAMED MOLDED PRODUCT AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene resin in-mold foamed molded product excellent in mechanical strength, and a stable producing method thereof. SOLUTION: In-mold foam molding is performed by using polypropylene resin foamed particles having two melting peaks in a DSC curve obtained when temp. is raised from 40 deg.C/min by a differential scanning calorimeter and characterized by that the melt calorie QH1 of the peak on a high temp. side among them is 4.5-8.0 cal/g. In this case, the calorie QH2 of the melt peak originating from the melt peak on the high temp. side of foamed particles is set to 7.0 cal/g or more.
