PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent penetration of moisture into a freezing cycle of an air conditioner in process, by covering a member connected to a compressor or a discharge pipe or a suction pipe of the compressor with a cover in process, at the time of such condition that the discharge pipe or the suction pipe of the compressor is opened to air, in the manufacture process of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: An outdoor machine is carried, in such a state that it is placed on a pallet 20, by a conveyor 30. On the middle stage of manufacture, a compressor 11 and an accumulator 12 are connected with each other, and in condition that an outdoor heat exchanger 13 is not connected yet, the discharge pipe of the compressor 11 is open, and the suction pipe of the accumulator 12 connected to the suction pipe of the compressor is sometimes open. In case that the line stops in this condition and that a user takes safekeeping of it in process, he takes safekeeping of it by covering all of the goods in process with a cover 40. It is desirable that the cover 40 for goods in process should be smaller in volume to lessen the moisture existing inside the space, but the size capable of covering it on a pallet 20 is desirable so that it can cope with a measure of model change. |
