PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat conductive silicone rubber composition capable of forming a silicone rubber having a high heat conductivity and a high impact resilience and to provide a fixing roll formed by using the composition and excellent in copying durability. SOLUTION: This heat conductive silicone rubber composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. diorganopolysiloxane having average >=3 silicon atom-bonded alkenyl groups in the side chain of one molecule, (B) 50-500 pts.wt. alumina fine powder having 0.1-50μm average particle diameter, (C) an organopolysiloxane having at least 2 silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule (in an amount so as to provide 0.3-1.2 mol silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in the component C based on 1 mol alkenyl groups in the component A) and (D) a catalytic amount of a platinum-based catalyst.
