PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an island capable of making fine adjustment for a position between an outside form for forming the circumference of the island and an inside form for forming a pit, making it lightweight to facilite the conveyance, making hard to have cracks in concrete over an extended period of time and preventing the collapse of an oil-filling equipment even if a strong wind blows. SOLUTION: An island form is constituted of a steel plate outside form 10 surrounding the circumference of an island and a steel plate inside form 30 forming a pit inside the island. Anchor bolts 33 are mounted to flanges 31 and 32 on the circumference of the inside form 30, a reinforcing stay is built between the forms, concrete is placed, and the oil-filling equipment is fixed the anchor bolts 33. |
