PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the classification of projecting materials which are steel particle bodies of a small grain size by introducing steel particle bodies below an attraction plate, assorting the particle bodies to the small particle bodies below the set size at which the particle bodies are attracted to the attraction plate and the large particle bodies which are not attracted to thereto and peeling the attracted small particle bodies from the attraction plate. SOLUTION: The steel particle bodies mingled with the large and small particle bodies are continuously fed into a flat belt conveyor 13 from a feeding means 11 and are moved, simultaneously with which the attraction plate 15 are rotated by a rotating means 14. The small particle bodies s below the set size among the steel particle bodies which are the projecting materials moved below the attraction plate 15 are attracted to the attraction plate 15 and are moved to a position deviating from a permanent magnet 16 where the magnetic force thereof does not act so that the small particle bodies are dropped into a small particle body receiving hopper 17. On the other hand, the large particle bodies S above the set size and are not attracted to the attraction plate 15 are dropped into a large particle body receiving hopper 12 from the other end of the flat belt converyor 13. |
