PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high frequency dielectric ceramic capable of being fired at a lower firing temperature, having a low shrinkage-starting temperature near to the shrinkage-starting temperature of a conductor, and further capable of suppressing the bending or deformation even when the dielectric ceramic is simultaneously fired with the conductor consisting essentially of Ag and Cu, and further to provide a laminate. SOLUTION: This dielectric ceramic is obtained by firing a composition comprising 100 pts.wt. low loss ceramic filler, 5-30 pts.wt. component for forming a grain boundary phase containing an alkali metal, Si and an alkaline earth metal, and has >=20,000 (GHz) Qf value represented by the product of a Q-value and a measuring frequency. |
