PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide copy form relating to prevention of forgery or alteration for copy type form such a pressure sensitive paper and a method for judgment of truth or falsehood thereof. SOLUTION: In a copy form R wherein it consists of an upper from A of upper paper 1, and a lower form B of middle paper 2 and lower paper 3, a micro-capsule 5 containing developer is applied to each rear surface of base paper of the upper and middle paper 1, 2, and developer 7 is applied to each front surface of base paper of the middle and lower paper 2, 3, color coupler ink 6A, 6B having characteristic coloring pattern common to an specific area 21 and a specific area 22 is printed on the specific area 21 of each rear surface of the base paper of the upper and middle paper 1, 2 conforming to a forgery preventive object specific part 9, and the specific area 22 conforming to a collation part 23 of each front surface of base paper of the middle and lower paper 2, 3 which is an adhesive paste margin 8 of the upper and middle paper 1, 2 on the same surface corresponding to the specific area 21. Further, truth of falsehood is judged by comparing or collating the forgery preventive object specific part 9 with the collation part 23. |
