PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent condensation from generating in introducing steam at starring-up and a high temperature combustion gas from flowing into a cooling steam passage, and remove remaining steam at shutting-off. SOLUTION: Moving and stationary blades cooling steam passages 4a, 4b are provided in a gas turbine 1, steam flows from cooling steam pipes 9, 10 for cooling, and the steam after cooling is collected. At starting-up air from a compressor 2 is passed via a valve 15 and a flow control valve 7 and a part of the air is temperature controlled by a temperature controller 5, the air flows in cooling steam passages 4a, 4b via three-way valves 11, 12, flows out of three- way valves 13, 14, and a flow control valve 8 so as to warm up the passages 4a, 4b. Alternatively, the valve 15 and a valve 16 are closed while the valve 16 is opened such that outside air or inert gas can flow from a medium supply source 6 inserted of the compressor 2. After the warm-up at the starting-up, the three-way valves 11-14 are switched to cause the steam to flow through the pipes 9, 10 to the passages 4a, 4b so as to perform cooling at normal operation. After the shutting-off, the remaining steam in the passages 4a, 4b is purged by air. |
