PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an abnormality in a human body such as vibration disease, lumbago or pain in the shoulder from occurring and thereby save on labor by installing handy electric bars in such a way that each of the bars can be positionally adjusted optionally and inserting vibration cylinders into a ready-mixed concrete in a concrete shuttering while vibrating the cylinders to cause the deforming along the vibration cylinders. SOLUTION: A concrete shuttering 4 fillted with a ready-mixed concrete is installed right below a defoaming device and the handy electric bars 1 are positioned forward/backward and to the right/left with the shuttering 4 using a motor 10 for traveling and a motor 11 for moving to the right/left. In addition, an inclinable frame is inclined to the slope of the shuttering 4 through driving a motor 12 for inclining to the right/left sides and a motor 13 for inclining to the forward/backward sides to fit all of the handy electric bars 1 to the shutterings 4. Further, the handy electric bards 1 installed in sliders 6 are changed to positions where the handy electric bars 1 do not interfere with partition plates by driving a pitch feed motor 14, an the vibration cylinders 3 of the handy electric bars 1 are gradually inserted into the ready-mixed concrete in the shuttering 4 while vibrating the vibration cylinders 3 of the handy electric bars 1 with the use of the motor 15 for moving vertically. Thus it is possible to remove foams along the vibration cylinders 3 and prevent an abnormality in the human body from occurring and save on labor. |
