<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for a storage part opening/closing cover, easy to assemble, unlikely in malfunction and excellent in outward appearance without any protrusions on the surface and back face of the opening/closing cover. SOLUTION: A locking device for a storage part opening/closing cover is provided with an opening/closing cover 3 closably connected to one side of an opening part 1a of a storage part 1 by a hinge, a locking member 7 movably held between an engaging position with the opening/closing cover 3 in a closed position and an engagement release position and energized toward the engaging position, and a lock release operating button 9 engaged with the locking member 7 through inclined engaging faces 16, 19 so as to move the locking member 7 into the engagement release position by pressing operation.</p> |
