PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the most outer layer of a shaft body with excellent toner charging property and toner mold releasing property by forming the most outer layer of a shaft body periphery of silicon graft acrylic polymer designated through a specified formula, and specifying the glass transition temperature of an acrylic polymer part except a construction part induced from a siloxane. SOLUTION: A roll is formed of the most inner layer 2, a middle layer 3 and the most outer layer 4 on the outer periphery of a shaft body 1, and the most outer layer 4 is a resin composition including a specified silicon graft acrylic polymer and has a construction shown by a formula. In the formula, Y is a straight chain-shaped construction induced from an acrylic system monomer, and Z is a construction part induced from the acrylic monomer and has a construction part induced from a siloxane, and (k) is a positive number from 1 to 3000, and (n) is a positive number from 0 to 3000. A glass transition temperature of the acrylic polymer part except a construction part induced from the siloxane is set up within -35 to 30 deg.C. Thus the adhesion of a toner cart be prevented to obtain the toner charging property stable for a long term. |
