PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for improving the processability and properties of a high-density or a high-strength concrete or a mortar composition which is a method for producing a mineral building material from an inorganic binder. SOLUTION: (i) A water-dispersible or a water-soluble polyether urethane composition having (a) <1.8 average isocyanate functional value and 0-10 wt.% content of isocyanate groups bound in an aliphatic and/or a cycloaliphatic form (calculated as NCO, 42 molecular weight), (b) 2.0-25.0 wt.% urethane group content (calculated as NHCOO, 59 molecular weight) and (c) 30-90 wt.% ethylene oxide unit content (bound into a polyether chain containing average 5-50 ethylene oxide units) (calculated as C2 H4 O, 44 molecular weight) is uniformly mixed with an aggregate, a hydraulic inorganic binder and water and (ii) the resultant mixture in the step (i) is then hardened to form a mineral building material. |
